- 5+ years of Software Development experience
- Preferably a BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other Technical discipline.
- Strong programming skills in Java (11 or 17 required)
- In depth experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
- Experience with Reactive Programming
- Strong SQL development skills
- Knowledge on containerization technologies and cloud deployments, preferably Docker and AWS
- Deep code analysis skills with the goal being proactive platform improvement.
- Familiarity with Time Series Databases, monitoring, instrumentation, observability tools and concepts.
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and determine short term and long term fixes extremely fast.
- Good understanding of Change Management, Problem Management and Incident Management processes a plus.
- Willingness to learn new Technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential.
- Able to understand and use complex data structures and associated components.
- Designs, codes, tests, maintains, and documents applications.
- Familiar with GIT.
- Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives.
