As a Sales Strategy and Support Analyst II you will lead and deliver projects that enhance business functionality and control processes reporting. In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery and development of employee resources. You will partner with key business and technology partners to analyze business/operational processes, identify business and operational requirements, and coordinate solution implementation. This position requires leadership skills, proven investigatory abilities, prioritization skills, and a willingness to tackle new and difficult challenges.Job Responsibilities:
Support implementation of effective controls in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to mitigate risks and enhance the firm's risk posture
Partner with external operational leadership, functional SMEs, key stakeholders consumers in the design and implementation of the global operating model for operations (roles/responsibilities, location strategy, control framework)
Day-to-day maintenance of project plans, metrics, risk/issues as well as development and occasional presentation of project status reports / updates to the organization and Sr Mgmt.
Provide project or business analysis support as necessary on other projects (e.g. business reporting and processess)
Manage communication of status updates to stakeholders and Senior Management through risk scorecards, monthly business reviews and leadership forums
Provide business and data analysis to large, cross line of business initiatives; analyzing and documenting key business discussions and requirements, managing timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies tracking action items and other project related materials.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
3-5 years of experience in financial services industry or equivalent subject matter expertise in a relevant business related function/operation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, PitchPro and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
Passionate, authentic, bold and a team player that builds strong relationships with clients, peers, partners and contacts
Strong communication both verbal and written with ability to create executive-level summaries
Self-motivated individual with proven track record of delivering results, flexibility, adaptability, and reliability with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred
