Our Entertainment client is seeking a qualified L2 Desktop Support with the following:L2 Desktop SupportContract to HireHybrid: New York, NYEntertainment

1-3 Years experience providing level 2 technical support, including new laptop configuration, troubleshooting, support tickets, etc.
Experience documenting technical issues & troubleshooting to end-users
Experience using ServiceNow platform is a plus
Experience with Desktop hardware/software with video conferencing troubleshooting as a plus.
