Responsibilities include:Creating next-generation user interfaces by applying awareness of design, human-computer interaction, and delivering UIs within a design-led product development environment

Building front-end solutions with a deep understand of backend systems to prove technical feasibility

Building rapid prototypes to pressure test concepts

Collaborating with team members and stakeholders, and working on multiple simultaneous priorities

Exploring and integrating new technologies to drive innovation and speculative tech solutions

Incorporating insights from data, customer research and business needs into IT solution designs

Socializing and garnering support for deliverables to influence roadmaps and build consensus among stakeholders with diverse needs

Keeping abreast with advancements and trends in application new technologies

Requirements:5+ years experience with creative technology, front-end development or related fields

Practical understanding of current and future technologies, their application and relevance to digital experiences

A strong understanding of full stack technologies, data structures, and cloud services

Strong understanding of front-end development technologies across web and mobile platforms

Strong knowledge of at least one development environment such as XCode, Android Studio, Flutter

A good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, CLI, cloud-based technologies, and complex data structures

Superb collaboration and communication skills

Great organizational and time management skills

Ability to lead technological innovation
