This role involves working closely with the plaintiff finding team to identify and vet potential plaintiffs for various class action lawsuits. MUST live/sit in NY or Miami, FL
1 year of experience as an intake specialist/call center representative or in an administrative role
Experience working for a legal/ law firm setting
Strong interpersonal skills, with a specific focus on customer communication via phone - Speaks fluent Spanish null
