About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Live Webcast Production Producer (Senior Media Production Consultant) to manage large scale live virtual and in-person webcast/broadcast events. Responsibilities include managing broadcast production and presentations, budget coordination, collection of presentation media, AV & live broadcast support and stage management.In this role, you will:
Act as a communication consultant as needed: assist presenters and communicators in creating their message, tone and strategy; help them to effectively communicate and accomplish their goals and objectives
Assist in the development of any presentation media
Consult on the choice of venue and meeting space and insure the meeting space is appropriate and staged properly
Prepare budget estimates/proposals
Responsible for on-site show flow and presenter coordination
Manage AV staging and technology needed for an event
Hire and supervise contract and freelance AV crew members
Mange the broadcast and recording of live events. Able to engage and direct the following video production elements:
Live video production trucks
Fly-pack video production systems
Studio based video production facilities
Create event schedules by working with clients and live event staff
Develop, collect and report out survey information from live event audience members
Able to produce large scale events and other related media projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Media Production, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in supporting live webcasts and video production
Experience with video collaboration platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Kaltura)
Experience with MS Excel
Ability to work under deadline pressure and with minimal supervision
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
