At iHeartMedia we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace and are looking for teammates passionate about what we do!What We Need:iHeartIMPACT is a community impact division of iHeartMedia designed to help corporate brands partner with nonprofits through their advertising spends with iHeartMedia. iHeartIMPACT works with brands to achieve marketing goals on iHeart platforms, but also to invest in community organizations addressing critical social causes.The iHeartIMPACT Project Manager role supports the $50M+ iHeartIMPACT division, including business development support and community impact strategy with social responsibility-focused brands, project/account management, nonprofit partnerships, community impact donation and campaign execution, content creation and reporting.What You'll Do:The iHeartIMPACT Project Manager job description includes pre-sale business development support with a goal to have a streamlined iHeartIMPACT ‘Center of Excellence’ lead focused on social responsibility strategy, project management with nonprofit organizations, and a facilitator of seamless post-sale community program activations for brand partners.Daily responsibilities include:

Nonprofit outreach and cultivation, with a focus on development/fundraising, marketing and community programs

Business development strategy support, specific to social responsibility-focused brands, nonprofit fundraising and nonprofit/corporate partnerships

External and internal presentations, including pitch/overview presentations with brands, media agencies and internal business development leads

Content creation coordination support, including pitch presentations, recaps, messaging points, scriptwriting, co-branded collateral, etc.

Event planning and on-site program execution support, including volunteer events, formal recognition ceremonies, media events

What You'll Need:Required Experience

Corporate partnership and project management experience, specifically with multi-year / $1M+ sponsors/accounts

5+ years nonprofit experience and/or corporate social responsibility experience, with a preference for development/fundraising background

Experience with corporate social responsibility strategy, including community impact investments, PR and earned media support, donation reporting and messaging, employee engagement activities, CSR reporting, etc.

CRM management, including sponsor/donor tracking, prospecting & finance reporting

Strong design/content experience, including copywriting, event briefs, talking points, etc.

Bachelor’s degree required

Strong knowledge Excel & PowerPoint skills (reporting, graphing, and analysis)

Superior organizational and project/time management skills

Demonstrated ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
