Top Tech Company seeking Marketing ManagerMust Sit in NYCW2 OnlyRemoteLong term contractCustomer Communications Marketing Manager The Business Messaging Group is looking for a Customer Communication Marketing Manager to join the Global Business Messaging Marketing team. They will own and support global customer communication initiatives for the Business Messaging Group. They will be adept at balancing the need for exceptional work while keeping up with the pace of an organization famous for moving fast. Overall Responsibilities Collaborate closely with partners throughout the Business Messaging organization and across the company including Marcom Marketing Insights Enterprise Marketing Product Marketing and Product Design on projects and programs. Ensure the company brand and messaging are translated across different dimensions including naming design creative media and experiential. Program Management Create and develop messaging experiences that demonstrate and delight B2B audiences around the next era of customer engagement. Lead messaging experience initiatives that align with experiential and demand generation initiatives. Work with 3rd party vendors to develop holistic and innovative messaging experiences through our different products Lead manage and optimize the current B2B in-app comms program with our XFN partners and external agencies. Minimum Qualifications Being able to manage projects that require a strong mix of creativity strategy and execution to successfully build innovative projects from the ground up Comfortable with understanding the technical side of our tools and programs Experience thinking broadly about business and people problems at a range of zoom levels solving through insight-fueled measurable strategy and communicating widely are crucial to success in this role. Experience composing inspiring and innovative creative and design briefs Experience managing business brands and B2B campaigns Experience working on global brands and developing strategies/work for multiple regions or markets A cross-functional collaborator with experience working across product marketing communications and creative teams.
