Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a
MS365 Trainer/Digital Power BI Evangelist for a Contract to Hire assignment with one of our premier Financial Advisory clients in New York, NY. Candidates are required to be onsite in the midtown NYC office 5 days per week. Candidates must have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities : The candidate will be the MS 365 point person to advise on best use of the entire MS 365 suite of products, and how to best roll them out to the firm. This person will have expert level knowledge of MS 365, and all of it's applications, above and beyond basic Excel and Outlook. The candidate will not only be an advisor but will be a hands on part of the Service Desk Team, performing one on one and group trainings to the C suite and various other members of the organization, on how to best utilize MS 365 to meet their individual business needs. Required Skills: Familiarity with the entire MS 365 suite of products; including but not limited to Excel, Teams, Word, OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project Etc. Experience training end users in all of the MS 365 applications in both a classroom and one on one setting. Experience managing and supporting; OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Yammer, etc. Experience with MS 365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint environment Preferred Skills: The ideal candidate will come from a Hedge Fund, Private Equity, or Alternative Investments firm, and have experience providing white glove support to users at all levels.
