The Systems Engineer will serve as a security-minded technical resource for in the oversight and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and operations including:Virtual Desktops
- Support end-user workstation capabilities including design and implementation of one or more images.
- Support and manage a Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environment on Citrix Cloud.
- Troubleshooting and management of accounts, groups, mailboxes, shares, applications, active directory, DNS, Group Policy, and storage administration
- Troubleshoot and manage network issues as they arise
- Support and roll out iOS and Android devices, manage carrier contracts
- Configure desk phone accounts and troubleshoot problems
- Organize existing documentation and create new documentation
- End User: Windows 10/11, Office 365, Bloomberg, FactSet, Acrobat, Enfusion OMS, Workshare, Backstop CRM, iOS, Cisco Phones, Canon MFP, HP printers, Dell/WYSE Thin OS endpoints
- Server/Network/Security: Windows 2019, SQL 2016, Cisco Call Manager, Azure Backup, Unitrends Backup, Carbonite Backup, Cisco routers and switches, Palo Alto FWs, Meraki WAPs, DarkTrace, Varonis Data Advantage
- 50% End user support, operational management, and documentation
- 50% Server/network support and new project initiatives
