- Responsibilities:
- The O365 Solutions engineer is primarily responsible for the design and development of O365 messaging and security solutions.
- Maintain the overall design of the O365 messaging solution (Exchange
- Online) and ensure email technologies meet business requirements and are designed and implemented effectively.
- Maintain the overall design of O365 security solutions, such as MAM, MDM, Conditional Access and Azure Information Protection etc. Ensure solutions meet security requirements while remaining user friendly.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of best practices and enhancements in O365, closely matching technology solutions to the business needs of the company.
- Act as liaison between Help Desk, Active Directory Eng, Desktop Eng,
- Network and the Local Support Team.
- Collaborate closely with other engineering groups, such as Active Directory and Security.
- Maintain monitoring and utilization reports for O365 messaging and security.
- Provide level 3 escalation support .
- Qualifications:
- At least 8-10 years of Information Technology within large enterprise organizations
- Expert knowledge of O365 Exchange 3+ years' experience in a large organization with 5000 mailboxes or more.
- Deep knowledge in O365 security tools, Teams, O365 Groups and Active Directory. 3+years' experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Okta
- Experience with Proofpoint
- Experience with O365 collaboration tools, such as SharePoint and OneDrive
- Fulltime role
