Our client, a leading global investment business investing capital, is seeking an Office 365 Systems Trainer

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

The consulting role within Client's O365 Application Training, Rollout, and Adoption team, plays a key role in the deployment, adoption and continued engagement of applications by developing training plans, writing technical documentation, creating video tutorials and helping with the broader strategy to successfully deliver across the organization. This role will report to the Head of Application, Rollout and Adoption and is responsible for building and delivering technical training and driving high adoption rates/attendance.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver technology training for different projects, ensuring that content is effective and meets the needs of our businesses; continuously improve the content to keep up with changes
  • Manage expectations for several stakeholders across the organization while determining the appropriate documentation, video tutorials and training techniques that must be used and created
  • Design technical documentation with PowerPoint and leverage video editing tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Snagit to create video tutorials
  • Partner with product owners across different teams to define feature release objectives and key results
  • Create effective product training, communication, rollout and adoption strategies and measure impact
  • Help tighten the feedback loop between product and support teams to ensure designs and development prioritize feedback received from users of the applications
  • Collaborate with other Training & Adoption team members to build processes for driving and measuring adoption of existing applications and features
  • Closely collaborate with product owners to understand functionality and workflows being released in order to ideate the appropriate training methods
  • Leverage the firm's Technology Early Adopter program which provides colleagues early access to unreleased features to better understand training needs. Coordinate beta tests and gather significant feedback to help shape new technologies deployed across the firm
  • Enable the professionals to learn new technology skills by contributing training collateral to the global technology training program
  • Help maintain the latest technical documentation on the intranet Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Have a self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude with a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Adept in change management in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
  • Possess superior interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication with technical and non-[1]technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with O365 applications and the training needed to boost colleague productivity
  • An ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, resolve issues, meet deadlines, and escalate appropriately to management.
  • Have strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Have experience with Office 365, Video Editing tools and Learning Management Systems
  • Possess a desire to teach others about technology while also making significant individual contributions
  • An ability to prioritize and effectively manage time to meet demanding deadlines
  • An ability to weigh competing interests of multiple stakeholders and make sound, informed decisions
  • Have a data-driven mentality
