Job Description:
As part of the global NFRR Control & Delivery group in Shared Operations, the AMRS NFRR Control & Delivery team provides governance and oversight of the portfolio of 600+ GBAM NFRR reports in the US, Canada and Latin America. A strong balance of leadership experience, Global Banking and Global Markets business domain knowledge, business controls experience and project management skills are important for success in this role. This role will drive regional governance process activities, engagement with a broad group of Report Preparers in Operations and continuous improvement of business processes, controls and management information. They will partner closely with NFRR C&D teammates in other regions, as well as, with Control Function and LOB partners.Key Responsibilities:- Manage one or more AMRS NFRR governance process activities such as report production health management, audit issue / eDIM ticket management, LRR reg change tracking for NFRR reports and/or ERR inventory change management.
- Prepare and present materials for monthly regional steering council meetings and other management routines.
- Lead AMRS NFRR initiatives and continuous process improvement in collaboration with other regional NFRR Control and Delivery leads and Operations partners.
- Provide guidance and support to the AMRS report preparer community in adhering to EDM Use Standard, in partnership with Enterprise Data Management and the NFRR Center.
- Manage the team's activities and interactions with Control Function partners during audits and targeted assessments.
- Work among diverse viewpoints to resolve challenges and determine the best path forward.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Global Banking or Global Markets Operations in business controls and/or line operations function.
- Proven experience in analyzing and documenting current state business processes and tools and in designing and implementing process improvement ideas.
- General knowledge and experience with one or more non-financial regulatory reports and laws, rules and regulations in Global Banking or Global Markets.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience leading FLU/CF's effort to implement or demonstrate adherence to enterprise policies and standards such as EDM, Process Management and/or Operational Risk Management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner, influence others and build relationships at multiple levels.
