- Work closely with all stakeholders involved in IBOR Reform related initiatives to define requirements, partner with technology teams on implementation and testing, to include partnering with customers on external adoption.
- Create external materials including presentations, business requirements and test plans and user guides
- Create internal materials including business requirements and technical requirements, test scripts, QA test cases and execute those tests
- Maintain project documentation and planning materials
- Lead technical requirement review sessions with internal stakeholders
- Support ad hoc requests from development team in design and implementation phases of project
- 2+ years of overall experience; 5 years preferred
- 2+ years of Business Analysis or Product Management experience required
- 2+ years of Financial services experience preferred but not required
- Experience with trade life cycle support, OTC pricing and valuation and risk models preferred
- Exposure to prime brokerage or clearing middle and back-office functions preferred
- Background in mathematics or financial engineering highly preferred
- Ability to write test scripts using python/R with exposure to SQL/Oracle highly preferred
- Working knowledge of the Calypso capital markets application and Bloomberg preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering or related discipline preferred
