- Produce quality application packages of varying complexity to be deployed by SCCM to meet business needs
- Create and/or modify scripts and script wrappers for application installs
- Test the application compatibility and deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and package issues
- Assist with automated deployment of packaged software
- In depth knowledge and experience in Windows application packaging
- Proficient with application packaging tools
- Proficient with automation and development tools for Windows, especially PowerShell
- Solid understanding on core Windows technologies such as Active Directory, GPO, SCCM, etc.
- Understanding Windows software in a VDI environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong information security mindset
