We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst who thrives in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. We love to collaborate as well as operate independently.The ideal candidate is highly organized and self-motivated, who is passionate, innovative, customer focused, process and controls oriented, and can coalesce a cross functional team to deliver improvements for our customers. The successful candidate will also ensure the successful execution of the various workstreams as part of their project. They should have a solid understanding of agile execution methodologies as they will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle to aid in successful project completion. This includes requirement gathering, engagement in scrum development, and test management.Our vision of the team "Develop solutions to get clients the funds they need easily, quickly, and securely, while driving new and innovative digital payment solutions."Responsibilities:Managing JIRA process and accompanying Confluence/SharePoint documentation - including maintaining a living evergreen repository so we always understand our current state.

Translate functional and non-functional requirements into meaningful stories that the scrum team(s) can deliver against

Refine stories to a level of detail that will enable code to be written and tested without defects; write acceptance criteria and generate test scripts

Work with developers, user experience designers, subject matter experts, legal and compliance teams to obtain a well-rounded understanding of what is being asked for and our ability to deliver it within the constraints of our banking environment

Track key project hygiene metrics and communicate to teams when they are not meeting their goals

Support monthly releases as needed

Validates features to ensure client/customer and user problems are solved

Maintain an ongoing deep knowledge and documentation of customer and user experience journeys

Help support PO(s) in other capacities including any ad-hoc items from external teams

Support day to day activities (ex. Monitoring, reporting, production support, etc.)

Qualifications:2+ years of relevant experience and/or hands-on product management/ownership or business analysis experience, technology consulting, or relevant transferrable skills

Financial services, retail banking, payments background is a plus

Agile project management experience, including use of agile project management tools (i.e. Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.).

Ability to manage and execute product backlog.

Able to analyze opportunities, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively (both verbal and written) to all levels of management

Well versed in both business and technology.

Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring skills a must

Be self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances
