“Performance Test Lead ” to join one of our premier clients in “New York ".Job Description:- Lead 4-5 member performance test team and own performance test delivery
- Analyze application landscape and technology stacks
- Collect and analyze NFRs for various applications in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Develop performance test strategy and plan/timelines, and present to project/program stakeholders
- Develop strategy for performance test tools (load testing, monitoring and analysis), and provide inputs to project teams in implement the solutions
- Develop performance test scripts using industry-leading tools like LoadRunner for web-based and thick-client applications
- Provide technical guidance to team members on performance test scripting and execution, and results analysis using tools like AppDynamics and Oracle Enterprise Manager. Help identify performance issues.
- Present performance metrics/findings to stakeholders. Make decisions on defect triage meetings.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve environment, application, data and access issues
- Collaborate with various teams to track, discuss and close any risks / issues related to performance testing; escalate to relevant touch-points
- Publish weekly status reports; track effort/schedule variance
