RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a 3 PL Project Manager for a remote, contract position.

Responsibilities: Owner of project plan (IT, ops) - modifying, updating, keeping stakeholders on track for milestones and overall and end-to-end timeline goals; Oversees all aspects of project management, including scheduling, budgeting, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing project progress Liaising with project leads (across 3 different business units) - ensuring that tasks/work streams stay on track, escalating risks, ensuring that UAT dates are communicated and on time; Monitors and controls project by tracking, reviewing, and communicating progress to project stakeholders and team members using such tools as status reports, risk registers, issue log, and decision and action item trackers Liaising with the SI partners team - monitoring sprint progress, updating accordingly, ensuring that UAT dates are communicated and on time; Provides regular, professional, and appropriate communications to project team members, department heads, and senior leadership Prepares for and leads project team meetings including creation and distribution of meeting agendas and meeting notes Partner with the Business Analyst to coordinate and/or lead user discovery sessions and project team meetings to gather and organize project business requirements Develops and applies change management strategies and communications plans to ensure stakeholders and team members are informed, bought-in, and support expected project outcomes Proactively identifies, tracks, and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies; Communicates risks and issues to the project team and senior leadership; Identifies and implements issue resolutions; Leads risk management identification and mitigation plans Effectively utilizes project management systems to track and communicate progress

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, preferred 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS project implementations Minimum 5 years of experience managing/supporting multiple projects Experience in managing SaaS Projects (preferably e-commerce solutions like Salesforce commerce cloud but not limited to or required) and experience in Logistics/Supply Chain area is highly desirable Excellent analytical skills with the ability to breakdown and effectively communicate complex business and technical processes, problems, and issues Ability to lead Business and IT associates with strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and negotiation Excellent written and verbal communications skills to facilitate communications between and among highly experienced Business and IT associates Strong project management skills, ability to lead small projects and initiatives or requirements/process/testing aspects of larger projects with minimal oversight Ability to 'get things done' across the breadth of the organization Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities Experience using JIRA, Confluence, MS Project Plan, MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Preferred: Certifications in Project management like PMP, Six Sigma is a plus Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, knowledge in Warehousing and Order Fulfilment: facility set up, operating, training, troubleshooting, user acceptance testing and Go Live support Knowledge in ERP solutions
