Principal Azure DevSecOps Engineer - Remote

One of the leading Medical Devices companies is looking for a Principal DevSecOps Engineer to add to their team. This person be responsible for implementing and supporting secure code review, Cloud Security architecture, and driving a "shift left" mindset among developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Architecture and configure security detection capabilities in the Azure Cloud environment.
  • Partner with developers and DevOps teams to evaluate code for vulnerabilities and coach on remediation and best practices.
  • Introduce SAST and DAST tools.
  • Champion a DevSecOps model to ensure consistent environments across applications.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on selection of new tools and technologies.
Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' experience within Information Technology, with a focus on Security.
  • Proven working background in deploying and maintaining secure software and infrastructure to Azure Cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and their security.
  • Knowledge of Container Security and Kubernetes Security in Azure is preferred.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position that can be fully remote or located in Minneapolis, MN. The company is able to provide sponsorship, but the role is not open for C2C or C2H.
