- 5-8 years experience building and shipping digital products, ideally for companies, startups and/or agencies.
- This is a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with building Design Systems.
- Expert level proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma etc).
- Good understanding and experience of Product Design that entails Research, Interaction Design, and Visual Design.
- You have great communication skills that translate into great presentations, clear direction, and solid documentation.
- The energy and drive to deliver the best design in the industry with a passion to the craft-an advocate for Design excellence.
- Deeply familiar with the digital Design process and adaptable to a range of timeline and feasibility constraints.
- Experience designing for larger digital displays like televisions or billboards is a plus.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and experience with prototyping tools such as Framer, After Effects, or Principle is also a plus.
- 6+ years' experience: Consumer Research, Design and Adobe Software Applications
- Working with our agency partners, leading the design process for rider tool.
- Help build out our Design System.
- Creating mock-ups, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Work with the Product Managers to conduct UX Research testing
- Take a user-centered Design approach and rapidly test and iterate your Designs.

- We're looking for a Product Designer to join this team and play a major role in creating a cohesive and customer-centric look and feel for our products along with building and improving tools for our agency partners.
- As a Product Designer at the agency you will be working on our digital products that include agency.info, our mobile apps, and our over 50,000 digital screens rolling out in stations, subways, trains, and buses across our network.
