- Working cross-functionally across all areas to define and prioritize business and editorial requirements for new products and enhancements.
- Owning the core Barron’s product roadmap.
- Making product enhancement and optimization recommendations to increase revenue both from advertising and subscriptions.
- Performing business analysis to demonstrate ROI and P&L impact of product enhancements.
- Working with research teams to gather and analyze audience research and feedback regarding new products and enhancements.
- Working closely with software developers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Defining and measuring KPIs for success.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 9+ years of digital media, news and investing experience with an emphasis on product management. Membership, subscriptions and paid products background is a plus coupled with strong new product development background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Great people skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Expert in project management software such as JIRA and Trello
- Deep knowledge of and experience with Omniture analytics platform
- Collaborative spirit and ability to lead within an environment where resources are shared with others
- Strong analytical skills and quantitative consumer research.
- Self-starter with a can-do mentality and strong communication capabilities
