- Provide all levels of application support for the Equity Derivatives Front Office users.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose trading and risk application in real-time. Review system issues and prepare requirements for the development teams.
- Support End-Of-Day processes for the complex Risk system and working with Global support and development teams.
- Take ownership of incidents and drive resolution. Communicate with business and IT stakeholders.
- Utilize ServiceNow to record and track incidents and releases.
- Track issues and prioritize workload.
- Conduct releases, deployment and DR management.
- Manage user queries and service requests (often requiring in-depth analysis of the technical and/or business logic of the systems).
- Utilize DevOps automation techniques.
- 5+ years of Trade Floor or related support experience in Front Office trading systems.
- Solid experience in Derivatives (either fixed income or equities) and trade lifecycle.
- A good understanding of Risk Management.
- Strong technical and analytical skills (SQL knowledge, some scripting experience).
- Proficiency in UNIX and Windows.
- Ability to show solid problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and work towards tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced trading environment.
- Self-driven, proactive.
- Hands-on experiences in Autosys
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change management process
- Middleware knowledge, such as TIBCO RV/Solace
- Development skills (C# and/or Python)
- A good understanding of ITIL practices
- Knowledge of Equities EMS/OMS systems and flows
- Derivatives product pricing and risk analysis
