This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

Lead data governance team/data governance program
Coordinate, schedule, and assign project tasks
Work across all lines of business to implement data governance tools
Manage customer and stakeholder relationships and communications
Support master data management program
Adhere to enterprise standards

Requirements of the Program Manager:

At least 8 years of experience
CAPM, PMP, and/or ITIL certification
Data governance experience
Strong organizational skills
Strong collaboration and communication
Ability to drive e2e projects
Finserve experience a plus
