Our client, a global financial services firm and a market leader in securities, asset management and credit services, is seeking a Project Coordinator/Project Manager
Location: New York, NY Position Type: Contract Job Summary: The role of Project Coordinator/PM for the Front Office requires working with the various Front Office project teams to ensure planned strategic initiatives are properly serviced. Job Responsibilities:- A major responsibility will be to Maintain our project portfolio and all surrounding activities, including Staffing planner, accomplishment documentation, and governance processes for the Project Portfolio.
- Create monthly reports via Dashboard and collect detailed status on in-flight initiatives.
- Interacting with senior management from other teams to coordinate dependencies and communicate status
- Budgeting and forecasting responsibility, and validation across the division.
- Self-sufficient HP PPM and project initiation processes.
