- Project Description:The Olympus Markets Data Strategy team is building a next generation Data Fabric to solve the evolving Business, Analytical and Regulatory needs of Citi's Institutional Clients Group (ICG). The Fabric will bring together disparate data sources for the Global Markets organization and enable industry-leading analytics, client reporting, regulatory, surveillance, supervisory reporting(s) and data science solutions. It will also provide enhanced data quality controls , completeness and accuracy, reconciliations, entitlements, performance, management of data retention and archival per regulatory guidelines. Olympus Risk program involves centralising the Risk data across Markets and have one golden source of data for all Risk reporting and analytics. Olympus will need to build pipelines for ingesting Risk data across various systems and provide access to Risk data to downstream consumers including Finance, Backoffice and Accounting systems. The role of the Java Developer is to understand the existing data flows and requirements and to come up with technical design / architecture. Robust technical frameworks need to be built which will be the foundation of the way the Risk data will be modelled, centralised and exposed to the downstream consumers.

- Mandatory Skills Description:• Significant experience as a project manager• Experience with technology, specifically on data-heavy projects.• Experience of:- Managing stakeholders- Hold meetings on their own and ability to navigate other teams- Establish relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders- Large organizations experience- Regulatory or financial services products and projects- Presentations creating• Strong communication skills• Experience working with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Jira• Proven capability to interact with clients and deliver results, taking ideas to production• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Sense of ownership
