- Collaborate with business teams to understand goals and potential product enhancements
- Prioritize and sequence product enhancements into a roadmap of planned work, with stakeholders aligned
- Communicate the roadmap, announce when key milestones are achieved, give the team and business partners recognition and appreciation, and also be the point person for when things go wrong and need to be remedied
- Lead Product Discovery to understand what the client currently has digitally and be able to present a vision for future state based on the roadmap & goals. Collect inputs from the business & technical teams to assess opportunities and define epics and user stories
- Perform market and competitive analysis, build vs buy discovery and analysis, user research, and any other means get an understanding of what's out there that will make the client best in class
- Work with product design to propose creative user experiences to add value. Ensure there are feedback loops to understand user needs, and how well the clients digital experiences are meeting needs
- Data analysis and ability to present an understanding of what's happening from a digital product perspective. Identify pain points & growth opportunities and socialize among technical and business stakeholders
- Provide QA support to tech leads and development teams alongside business partners to ensure process flows and user experience meets high quality standards the clients systems
- Collaborate with engineers, product designers, business analysts, testers, etc to bring Advocacy products and features to life
- Write requirements and create visuals to explain simple and complex ideas to the team
- Prioritize and sequence the team's work with the scrum master in Jira
- Review/test/give feedback throughout the software development lifecycle
- Facilitate product launches to ensure success - from building what the users/stakeholders are asking for, to having the product built with minimal defects, to announcing and marketing the product/feature, and ensuring a measurement plan is in place
- Assist the client in identifying areas of opportunity for SharePoint sites, especially focused on COVID test/vaccine/booster submissions and approvals
- Oversee all development efforts, including creating user stories, assisting with development QA, and sprint management
- WordPress Experience highly preferable
