Job Title: Python Developer with SQL

Location: New York, NY

Job Type: Contract Job Description: Build end to end data pipelines for supporting various use cases and downstream users. Participate in design reviews and work closely with senior engineers in pipeline designing and implementations. Write SQL, python and airflow DAGs to support day to day work.Perform data modeling and dimensional modeling to come up with optimum data solution in Snowflake.Perform code fixes and unit testing, production support to make sure smooth working of the pipelines. Create and maintain data quality checks and pipelines using CI/CD methodology. Develop and maintain frameworks to optimize ETL jobs.

Required Qualifications:Strong communication skills, empathy and initiative 5+ years of experience in data engineering.Strong background in data warehouse concept and design.Proficient in SnowflakeGood understanding of SQL Engine and able to conduct advanced performance tuning. Familiar with at least one language (Python, Scala, Spark) Experience with Git and the pull request workflow Experience working closely with Analytics/Data Science and product teams.

Preferred Qualifications Snowflake experience. Airflow Experience.Cloud environment : AWS or Google Cloud Platform.Regards
