Job Description:
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on core Testing experience
  • Expert in Ecommerce domain knowledge, digital testing skills and tools
  • Experience in Salesforce testing SFCC, BM, Order management system (OMS), SFMC, and end to end business scenarios in ecommerce domain
  • Should have API testing skills, Cross Browser tools
  • Experience in handling integration testing involving multiple system
  • Experience in Database testing
  • Preferred: knowledge in web analytics, tagging and data layer testing, Performance testing

Must have:
  • Experience working at client location, excellent skills in customer stake holder management and effective communication skills, Sharing updates and reports with customer
  • Should have worked in an ecosystem where multiple vendor teams work together
  • To be able to co-ordinate well with offshore team, provide required technical support. Bridge between customer and offshore team in day-to-day testing activities
  • Highlight risks, issues, dependencies to customer
  • Familiar with Agile process and tools, should be able to provide process improvement suggestions as and when needed, active participation in Bug triage, PI planning, Sprint planning, conduct Reviews, Sprint Demo, Retrospective
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be able to provide some overlap with offshore IST time

Job Responsibilities:
  • Engaging in E2E testing and coordinating multiple system owner
  • Test Strategy, planning, reviews, test data setup, defect triage
  • Planning scrums, defect tracking and triaging
  • Review test cases and test deliverables
  • Collate and prepare daily status
  • Represent offshore team in client meetings
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a member of cross functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
