Job Description:
This role requires an engineer to support data analytics and management for Real Time Communication. This role requires a strong analytical thinker who will help manage and develop database reconciliation tools. Candidate should be detail oriented with strong communication and technical skills who can collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, including line of business, business technology teams, operational support teams, various technology organizations. Required Skills- Background with data analytics, management, and scripting.
- Understanding of scripting.
- Foundational skills RDBMS, SQL, scripting, and database management.
- Strong analytical thinker to solve complex scenarios.
- Real time communication platforms, programming languages, scripting.
- Business intelligence, reporting platforms.
- Bachelor or Science or equivalent, ability to learn quickly, work in team, attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SQL, MySQL, Scripting, HTML, VBA. XML, LDAP, Active Directory.
- Must be able to interact in a professional manner with Stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work both independently and in a team environment.
