- Overall 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce CRM.
- MS/BS Degree in Computer Science with at least 3 years technical leadership in Salesforce project.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development / configuration / customization using Apex, Visualforce,
- Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, Salesforce Shield, Lightning web components (LWC), Aura
- Hands on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Ability to develop technical architecture that eliminates performance issues down the road.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce.com with 3rd party applications using SOAP/REST API, Kafka is a big plus.
- Salesforce developer / architect certification is a big plus.
