I have a full time opportunity for a Salesforce Developer (AVP role) to join one of the top five investment banking firms in Manhattan. You would be working in a very diverse team providing Salesforce solutions handling things like interface development, data integrations and basic admin configurations. This is a collaborative team and a strategic roadmap for the next few years.

- Participate in development of specifications, such as user stories and designs
- Conduct requirement analysis and convert them into high-performing, scalable solutions
- Develop in a variety of platforms, using appropriate tool and techniques for each job
- Possess strong knowledge of object-oriented design and programming concepts
- Stay current in new technologies to maintain a high level of subject matter expertise
- Leverage industry best practices and firm-developed frameworks where appropriate
- Introduce new technical design patterns and frameworks to standardize and streamline development for scale and performance
- Discuss process and technical solutions and align on approach with stakeholders before executing
- Communicate clearly with business customers or technology partners
- Document designs, issues, solutions, tips & tricks as needed
- Understand the purpose of deliverables and existing processes
- Challenge the norms in pursuit of continuous improvement
- Actively participate in the Agile process, following Scrum methodology working in sprints on user stories defined & prioritized by the product owners
- Review implementations on outsourced projects and by less-experienced developers and offer feedback
- Have a strong sense of ownership, taking pride in their work & contributions to the team
- Hands-on experience with SFDC development, including force.com platform, Apex, Aura, LWC, Migration Tools, Web Services, and APIs (REST, Bulk, Metadata and Tooling API)
- Expert knowledge of SFDC configurative development including custom objects, fields and relationships, data access control, validation rules, flows, process builder, approval processes, email alerts, communication templates, reports, and dashboards
- Extensive SFDC administrator skills including permissions, roles, profiles, groups, queues, security setup, views, actions, record pages and page layouts
- In-depth understanding of the constraints of SFDC CRM application data model, data architecture, and data management
- Strong knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, batch processing, web services and APIs, test classes, and deployment strategies
- Experience in building Lightning Components (Aura and LWC)
- Strong experience in with SFDC enterprise and partner WSDL for integrations with vendor packages and in-house systems
- Experience with developing and optimizing Salesforce Mobile
