Below is the Job Description for your reference Relevant Experience: 10+ years in a consulting and technical skillQualifications:• Deep expertise (8+ years) working with and developing collaborative products for large enterprises including solutions from Facebook Workplace, Microsoft 365/Teams, Slack, SharePoint Online, Power Platforms, and directory services including Active Directory(AD), Azure AD, ADFS, ADLDS, and MIM• 3+ years Slack Integration experience specifically with Salesforce Clouds• 3+ years Slack Integration experience with other Enterprise CRM/Cloud-based Application leveraging Slack Connectors for MuleSoft, Jira Cloud, Microsoft Teams, and Informatica• Slack Certified Admin and Developer certifications a plus; as well as additional Slack training and experience in the areas of automating business processes, securing data, and best practices for driving productivity and etiquette• Emerging collaboration trends and tools that involve Social, Mobile, Cloud, Analytics, AI/ML• Demonstrated leadership, innovation and thought leadership skills• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills as applied in point of views, white papers, strategic plans, business cases, delivery assets, sales assets, status reports, stakeholder meetings and team interaction• Willingness to travel up to 70% including international travel as required• An open mind to adapting, being flexible and dynamic while keeping a client centric approach

Key Result Areas • Improve ACV, sales, revenue and margin• Enable quality delivery• Solution design, development and launch• Create and drive market-moving sales plays to the TCS, ISU and Salesforce field teams• Development of a reusable repository of tools, templates, best practices and methodologies to manage the pre-sales, implementation and support efforts for solutions being deployed with Salesforce Slack CRM platform• Authored or co-authored thought leadership pieces that are published or presented regarding Salesforce Slack CRM topics• Select and mentor senior Salesforce Consultants in the domain

Responsibilities• The primary objective of the Salesforce Slack Collaboration Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead is to drive ACV/Sales and develop, maintain, and constantly improve a reusable repository of tools, templates, best practices and methodologies to manage the estimation, implementation, and support efforts for solutions being deployed with Salesforce (The main advocate “sales and quality delivery” for this cloud). To accomplish this, the CoE Lead must be able to work closely with other TCS units, as well as SFDC CoE and Competency Leads, Regional Practice Leads, and offshore teams. In addition, the COE Lead will provide support to the practice Solutions and Innovation Team, as well as Business Development and Delivery leads. • Act as a collaboration subject matter expert as well as consult, guide, and provide specialist support to our clients’ use and evolution of collaboration products and innovations on the Salesforce Slack platform• Recommend how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services to our clients through the improved use of collaboration technology – including areas such as: automation, productivity, and etiquette• Design governance, assurance, and standards for our clients to ensure the collaboration enterprise architecture is secure and compliant• Work with our clients to define significant functional, technical an process integration decisions• Contribute to overall thought leadership, go-to-market, Salesforce alliance requirements, practice investment requirements and goals• Create/Refine TCS Salesforce solutions and service messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques• Provide Pre-sales support for top ACV and domain opportunities, assisting TCS Salesforce sales and delivery teams in defining the business value and return on investment for leveraging Salesforce• Solid technical and functional knowledge of Slack and the ability to communicate best in class use cases that can be implemented on the Salesforce Platform• Hands on experience, skills, and knowledge to be able to clearly solution, architect, and communicate the Tech Stack behind Slack – including web client, backend, caching, search services, real-time messaging, load balancing, services/API’s, JSON/HTTP, Datawarehouse, server configuration and management, AWS hosting, and Microsoft directory services integration• Develop and manage pipeline for Salesforce competency, and report certification metrics for the competency area• Plan, develop and deliver product training and certification courses and materials• Develop and share product direction and roadmap with practice• Identify partnership, GTM and solution opportunities working with Salesforce product leadership• Perform delivery reviews during the pre-sales and delivery phases of engagements• Identify and enable offshore Competency champions working with Development Center LeadsPlease share your resume at
