- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data storage, security model,
- Experience managing a team of Salesforce developers
- Experience facing off with Sales Management
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Platform Development
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in application development and administration activities in Sales Cloud
- A minimum of 1 year experience with development activities on the Salesforce Lightning platform which includes: Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, LwC, Aura Components, using REST API development and declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.) a plus
- Experience performing support and administration with Salesforce and third-party application integrations (i.e. Marketo, Sesamesoft/Relational Junction, Concur, Zoom and Validity DemandTools/DupeBlocker) a plus
- Any knowledge of Database/SQL, Cloud ETLs knowledge a plus (i.e. Jitterbit, Dell Boomi)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with changing priorities; self-sufficient and motivated to excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to achieve goals in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, advanced excel skills required
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
