Job Title: Salesforce Product ManagerLocation: New York City- NY (Initial 3 weeks onsite then Complete Remote)

Job Description: Looking for a strong Product Manager who is adept at both SF marketing and service cloud. Need a person who takes accountability and works as a Product ManagerNeed a Product manager specializing in SFMC with a working knowledge of services cloud.• The Product Manager should be adept at both SF marketing and service cloud. • The Product Manager will be responsible to Lead requirements gathering sessions and understand business priorities for design and solutioning of applications primarily on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform . Own and manage Salesforce Service Cloud product vision, roadmap, and prioritization of #features against business needs. • Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases. • Establish KPI metrics to understand success measures from project inception and tracked throughout its lifecycle. • Build capabilities that will revolutionize Snowflake Service Cloud Capabilities and Design and recommend functional solutions using industry best practices Be a trusted advisor. • Develop prototypes for new foundational product capabilities. Build trust with stakeholders through consistent and quality outcomes. • Collaborate with IT Salesforce Dev Admin and Support Technical Manager teams t o define and manage feature releases. • Responsible for owning follow ups and closing gaps related to overall project design issues, project execution tasks
