Job Description:The Identity and Access Management Engineer designs, develops, and operates applications and processes that support the firm's Identity and Access Management initiatives supporting workforce and external parties. The Identity and Access Management Engineer will be a part of the Cybersecurity organization and will work closely with the Technology and Business teams on the development and execution of Identity and Access Management vision and strategy.ResponsibilitiesThe Identity and Access (IAM) Engineer will ensure the operational effectiveness of existing IAM services and solutions, as well as rolling out additional capabilities that further the firm's IAM efforts. Along with operations, the engineer will be involved with the strategy, design, plan, and execution of new initiatives and improvements to existing solutions and processes. This is a hands on role for someone with strong technical skills who wants to take ownership of IAM processes and improve them.Ensure a sound operating environment for the firm's Single Sign-On solutions This includes responding to end user issues, monitoring and responding to system alerts and warnings, and identifying and executing operational improvementsControl and monitor the identity life-cycle process for the firm's workforce Making sure that identity life-cycle automation is performing as expected and handle exception processes to align people, identities, and accountsImplement automated entitlement review processes build out the firm's entitlement review processes and ensure their on-going execution.Develop and document IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelinesEducate end users on the use of IAM related tools and processesParticipate in other information security projects and operational dutiesProvide subject matter expertise on IAM topics and perform other duties as necessaryRequired QualificationsTo be an effective IAM Engineer you will need to have a broad range of technical knowledge, but more importantly, you will need to be driven and operationally focused. You will need to be able to work independently, identifying opportunities and executing on them, while at the same time being transparent and working with the team.Deep experience with Identity and Access Management concepts such as authentication, authorization, multi-factor authentication, and federationExperienced with Identity as a Service solutions such as Okta, Microsoft, One Login, and PingStrong understanding of federation technologies such as SAML, WS-FED, OAUTH, and OpenID ConnectUnderstanding of identity lifecycle managementExperienced with Identity and Access Governance solutions such as Saviynt, SailPoint, and Oracle Identity ManagerExperience with SQL, database design, and scriptingBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field5 or more years of experience in IAM or other Cybersecurity related fieldsResults oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detailMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences If you are interested in this opportunity, please send me your updated resume in word format or call ASAP so that we can discuss it in more detail.
