Our client, a well known and highly regarded consumer goods and pharma company, is currently seeking a freelance Senior Account Manager (with pharma experience) to join their design studio for parental leave coverage through 2021 with potential to extend.Please note this opportunity will start off remotely, but eventually the plan will be to go back on-site in NYC.Senior Account Manager Responsibilities:- Assist with, plan and develop scopes of work while supporting, growing and maintaining productive business partner relationships- Work with a highly regulated pharma brand, knowledge of human factors/usability guidance and FDA regulations and/or pharmaceutical clinical trial process is preferred- Support the account team in execution of innovative program development, diverse brand strategy, brand experience while providing guidance and collaboration to implement solutions to the creative teams- Remain accountable to deliver on the scope you put together, working cross functionally with design teams and updating the business partners along the way- Contribute to the improvement of design processes, project planning and generation of design briefs; Instructions for Use, secondary packaging graphics and professional training materials are among key areas of focus- You will be adept at moving business goals and dense insights into focused and actionable plans to drive forward quickly into implementationSenior Account Manager Requirements:- 7+ years experience in strategy, design or program management is required- Should have baseline understanding and/or experience in the pharmaceutical sector and/or an understanding of disease states and chronic disease management is preferred- This is a highly visible role both internally and with business partners / clients, must be comfortable with and have excellent communication skills- You have a clear point of view that is articulated through a thoughtful and considered approach to achieve strategic results- Ability to budget with clients and project manage as needed- An active and enthusiastic interest in designing healthcare experiences and crafting resolutions that positively affect patient experience- Ability to communicate complex and critical ideas simply, with tight focus and clarity- An inspired attention to detail and exceptional follow-up and follow-through (resourceful and proactive)- Proven ability to lead the development of strategic visual and verbal narratives using a combination tools, including Microsoft Office softwareSubmit resume (and samples if applicable) to:Vacancy expired!
