Strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail is required. This position interacts directly with senior leaders and juggles many responsibilities at once. Candidates need to be agile and able to pivot quickly. An analytical mindset and the ability to synthesize information/data into a clear story are essential.Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual organizational goal setting process by partnering with other OCEO team members in identifying and developing strategic business goals. This will include working with departmental leaders to create goals and managing how they are shared broadly to the rest of the organization
Support the leadership team (NYLIM CEO and Management Committee) by leading and participating in various ad-hoc initiatives that help drive business strategies across various teams, departments, and/or businesses.
Support large department meetings (Town Halls, Extended Leadership meetings, etc.) by managing logistics and technical needs.
Supervise NYLIM Executive’s Record Coordination practices and policies, in conjunction with Operational Risk Management
Support recognition programs such as Applause across NYLIM by promoting and monitoring budget.
Manage the Business Continuity planning process for NYLIM.
Coordinate and maintain organization charts, office floor plans, and office moves.
Assist in the development of the NYLIM Newsletter and various presentations and speeches for senior leaders
Contribute to the success of NYLIM’s talent development program: One Team, One Purpose
Flexibility to be involved in a wide variety of tasks (ad-hoc projects or business demands which arise)
