Vaco Technology is seeking an Senior Business Analyst for one of our large clients in New York City. They are building a data platform that they've been able to monetize. Our client is dedicated to employees in their career path and overall growth!

What you will be doing:

The role of the Senior Business Analyst you will serve as a liaison between clients and the Risk, Data Science and Software Development Teams to deliver solutions for core challenges in the life insurance industry backed by best-in-class risk assessment techniques.

What You Need for this Position:

5+ years of Business Analytics expereince.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
Previous Experience in Life Insurance is highly desirable.
Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Proficiency in SQL development
Proficiency in Business Intelligence Reporting, Power BI or Tableau preferred.
Experience producing technology project artifacts including use cases, requirements documents, functional specifications, data mapping and process flows.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms.
