Senior C# Developer for their NYC

anusha.anilkumar(at)atyeti.com.We are looking to move our .NET core applications to containers (orchestrated by Kubernetes) and are looking for a team champion. We have a split organization with many of our new workflows being built in JAVA, but are looking to enable our C# and .NET teams. You will play a critical role in mentoring containerized development adoption for our Windows colleagues, along with participating in larger architectural discussions, as we transform our teams to embrace cloud native development practices. Together we will slay the monolith.Required Skills• Eight to Ten years’ experience using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, WCF, Web Service• Solid experience with micro-services architecture/design/development for new and existing systems.• Proven experience in On-Premise, AWS or Azure Cloud and Hybrid environments.• Experience with design and implementation of DevOps and CI/CD tools• Experience working with Windows Container• Solid experience with API security standards and different authentication models.• Strong project lead skills with ability to accurately estimate development and testing efforts, identify tasks on the critical path,• and asses risk in the overall project.• Strong Experience developing .NET services on RHEL Linux platform.• Experience with designing API, Webservices, microservices and messaging architecture.• Understanding of async programming models (events, callbacks, promises, async/await).• Experience with test frameworks xUnit/MSTest• Ability to articulate design standards and patterns• Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple concurrent initiatives with related or independent goals• College degree in related field of study or equivalent experience• Strong written and oral communication and presentation• Strong analytical and problem solving skillsDesired Skills• Database programming (NoSQL, SQL Server/Oracle/DB2) a plus.• Migrating applications built in older .net frameworks to .Net core is a big plus• Experience with MongoDB is a big plus
