SummaryWorking as part of the "Product Insights" team, use statistical methods to analyze data from software products, marketing campaigns, and online experiments. Help to solve problem areas within market/opportunity sizing, A/B testing, user engagement, retention and monetization, metrics definition, implementation/productionization, and data enrichment.

This role is open to being permanently remote, working EST hours

Description
  • Validate assumptions and define appropriate solution methods (from statistical, experimentation, and ML) for analysis problems
  • Create end-to-end data applications from raw data to reporting systems/models to serve team's analytical needs
  • Conduct market research from various public datasets and industry reports to impact strategic direction
  • Create design docs before implementing large projects
  • Share output of work through internal channels to summarize thoughts for a wider audience

Profile
  • 2+ years of professional Data Science experience within a Digital Experience environment (eCommerce, mobile streaming, social networking, etc)
  • Strong experience working with teams in Product, Design, Data Engineering, Software/ML Engineering, and Marketing
  • Master's degree or higher in a STEM discipline
  • Strong proficiency with programming languages (to collect/manipulate data) such as SQL, R, Python, Scala
  • Strong proficiency with cloud-based data tools such as GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Etc
  • Strong proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Microsoft Power BI, Observable, etc
