About this role

We innovate to solve some of the world's most complex financial challenges and turn data into meaningful insights for our clients. At BlackRock, we are building the investment technology platform of the future - and you can help.

There is a real sense of purpose to our work. As technologists, we are energized by the role we play in helping more and more people save for retirement, pay for college, buy a home and improve their financial well-being. This sense of purpose drives the passion and the innovation that has differentiated our company since its founding.

BlackRock has used technology to manage assets from the very first days of our business. We use it to power more sophisticated risk management, asset allocation and portfolio construction - and to interact with clients, partners and vendors more efficiently. We continue to be at the cutting edge of driving the digitization of our industry through new technology products and solutions.

But without our people, technology is irrelevant. When we combine the power of people with the power of technology, we amplify our ability to create better outcomes for our employees, clients, shareholders and society alike. We remain true to our culture of innovation - reimagining, reinventing and reengineering the way we do business.
