Your teamYou’ll be part of the Market Access crew within the Agency Trading stream of the Investment Bank. You will be part of a development team that is an integral part of a front-office environment. We are a global team spread across APAC, UK and US. This particular role is focused on the Order Management Systems that support the US marketsYour expertise• ideally 8 years of experience in core Java• ideally 8 years hands on experience with data structures, algorithms, and network programming using Java NIO• ideally 8 years extensive development expertise in high performance, high availability, high throughout, high capacity, yet low latency, transaction-oriented, distributed system, preferably in a financial environment• ideally 8 years' experience with order management systems or order state handling• ideally 8 years' experience with development on a Unix and/or Linux environment• highly committed, and able to build very close working relationships with both the business and support teams.• adept at holistic project ownership. You assume control of each project, liaising with the proper upstream and downstream systems. You coordinate project planning, development, front to back testing and production releases.
