A New York City-based cosmetics company is currently seeking an experienced IT professional to join their staff as their new Senior Manager, Client Data & CRM Technology Architect. In this position, the Senior Manager, Client Data & CRM Technology Architect will be responsible for playing a leading role owning the CRM platform as well as focusing on designing and ensuring delivery of local and global CRM solutions.
Responsibilities: The Senior Manager, Client Data & CRM Technology Architect will:- Act as a strategic Client Data & CRM technology partner to Group Director, CRM and Client Data technologies
- Lead product evolution of client data and CRM technology
- Lead technical design sessions; architect & solution aligned with client business objectives; and, identify gaps between their current and desired end states
- Provide technical oversight and governance of all CRM and Client Analytics projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
- Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of existing and new CRM implementations
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements that best leverage the CRM platform
- Drive platform enhancement and production fixes
- Stay informed on next generation CRM in the industry
- Train and enable the organizations Client Analytics and CRM users
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 6+ years of CRM experience, the majority specifically with Zeta and / or Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds, Customer Data Platform)
- Solid understanding of CRM, CDP, Data Analytics, Data Processing (Master Data Management, Data Quality Management) and Consumer Databases principles
- Strong knowledge and experience of Consumer databases and CRM development and configuration
- Solid understanding of Systems Architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
- Solid understanding of key Design Patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
- Solid understanding of Data Sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
- Knowledge of Data Integration tools
- Experience integrating consumer databases and CRM to consumer facing touchpoints
- Strong understanding of Environment Management, Release Management, Code Versioning best practices, and Deployment methodologies
- Experience with Platform and Customer Data Security
- Knowledge of Data Privacy technical best practices (CCPA, GDPR)
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Active Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales/Service Consultant) or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
