The Senior Manager, Recruiting leads the vision, strategic priorities and goals for the non-tech teams within Streaming (Disney+ and Hulu). The role develops, drives, and executes on the recruiting strategies that support the segments growth across DMED. The Senior Manager leads a distributed team of recruiting managers and recruiters and is responsible for coaching, managing and mentoring that team.Responsibilities :Lead Recruiting Managers and Sr Recruiters within Streaming TA ; work with team to develop and execute full life cycle recruitment strategies and plans; ensure the candidate, client and team experiences are met with exceptional service delivery

Strategic partner to senior leaders for developing critical talent strategies across key functional disciplines aligned with The Walt Disney Company and Segment business objectives

Coach, develop, and inspire a team of recruitment professionals to attract high potential candidates and motivate the team to perform against set objectives; integrating key CoE partners (sourcing, marketing, operations, analytics, etc.)

Works with business leaders, partners and stakeholders for aligned priority, business value and strategic focus (seen as trusted advisor and talent marketplace expert while consulting Business Partners on org redesign work)

While keeping business priorities in mind, maintain strong working relationships with clients, leader and peers within the organization

Continuous improvement through understanding of measurement tools, scorecards, and recruitment analytics

Facilitate effective passive and active talent pipelining strategies through creative and strategic sourcing practices, workforce diversity initiatives, interactive marketing plans, and networking opportunities

Identify and demonstrate key attraction, awareness, and candidate conversion opportunities by understanding the Walt Disney Company and/or Segment specific landscape, competitive demographics, and employment value proposition

Basic Qualifications :8+ years of recruitment experience with demonstrated success in the key responsibilities for this role – emphasis on track record of productive and influential partnerships with the business

4+ years of experiencing managing high-performing distributed teams

Undergraduate degree in Business, Organization Development, or relevant field

Experience working in a technology, media, start-up or knowledge worker environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Kenexa or an equivalent ATS, VMS, and Enterprise HRMS
