- Establish the product vision, goals, objectives and key results (OKRs) for success
- Clearly define customer and product requirements, and clearly communicate and coordinate the requirements to the development team and other stakeholders across the company
- Define and deliver the product development roadmap
- Oversee user interface design, usability testing, customer research, metrics and data analysis, product launch and product marketing
- Work cross-functionally with designers, software development engineers, finance, customer service, legal, and business development on a rapid and iterative product development cycle
- At least 5 years business and product experience - ideally in a start-up environment or consulting. Experience in developing customer-facing, web-based products
- Believe technology and product teams are critical growth centers to unlock business revenue
- Interest and experience in working hand-in-hand with technology teams to unlock customer value
- An entrepreneur at heart with the drive, ownership, and a belief in teamwork as part of a flat organization
