- Experience in with running a Cloud Migration or assessment, selection, and deployment of PaaS offerings (like OpenShift or Pivotal/Tanzu) within regulated industry (Investment Banking is desired)
- Skilled at drive scoping and technical requirements gathering sessions with client and partner stakeholders
- Ability and experience developing detailed plans and strategies for migrations from on-prem to cloud/PaaS and manage though complexities and approvals
- Expert at using JIRA Structure/Big Picture or other portfolio tools to create executive summaries for senior management
- Understanding of multi cloud/hybrid cloud solution architectures, process, and methodology
- Success in leading highly visible projects and ability to manage C-suite / Managing Director level expectations
- Able to develop programs and framework required for design of metrics and analytical tools
- Benchmarking activities and related reporting for the identification of best practices
- Able to manage large, transformative initiatives that impact multiple LOBs and/or products
- Experienced in consulting with project stakeholders, including the skills to resolution of conflicting requirements
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and foster internal relationships
- Proven track record in delivery of multiple parallel initiatives.
