RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is working with a global real estate company located in New York, NY and they are in search for an HR Senior Technical Analyst.

Summary:As the Senior Technical Application Analyst, you will drive application support and administration via hands-on application maintenance, management, and issue resolution. You will provide Tier 2-3 support to employees and managers, ensuring that business technology programs and processes are administered seamlessly. HR technology solutions include but are not limited to core HR, payroll, time and attendance, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning management, and business continuity.

The Senior Technical Application Analyst has the following responsibilities: Implement HR processes and technology solutions that drive efficiency, reduce the cost of operations, and mitigate operational risk across HR globally Deliver exemplary customer service and solutions by troubleshooting all incoming inquiries and resolve or escalate as required; Maintain ownership of an issue from start to finish to ensure resolution Provide functional and technical system support including superuser system administration, process implementation, troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, reference guide creation, and reporting Support the technical design and development of interfaces to internal HR systems and other third-party applications including end-to-end integration testing with business users Analyze issues, identify failures, and provide break-fixes related to existing HR system interfaces Escalate process change requests, system enhancements, or any other major resource requests Create and maintain security matrix/documentation Maintain knowledge of technology modules; Make recommendations on enhancements to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field 5+ years of experience with HR systems, including UltiPro Experience implementing or supporting integrated packaged solutions using a service-oriented approach Experience supporting and interacting with stakeholders, including HR and IT management Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional specs Experience implementing or managing application interfaces Experience identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Process-oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through Strong oral and written communications skills Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff Must be able work both independently and as part of a team Strong customer service orientation Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to balance multiple demands and prioritize demands
