Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Service Desk Engineer, Level 3 for a Contract to Hire assignment with one of our premier Financial Advisory clients in New York, NY. This role is onsite - No Exceptions The candidate will be providing white-glove support to C suite executives. Communication skills are paramount in this role. Must-Have Extensive Knowledge of:
- Windows 10
- Entire MS office suite.
- Any ticketing system
- MS Office (Expert level)
- Mobility: WiFi trouble shooting, iPads, Routers etc.
Required: - Candidate must have some experience supporting hedge funds, financial advisory, or similar organization
