You will be expected to be a thought leader, driving an engagement from presales to delivery, to be a trusted advisor to our clients and to be the technology anchor for all things pertaining to all modules of ServiceNow Namely ITSM, ITOM, AIOps, HR,GRC, etc. within our digital practice.Job Description:The selected individual will have the right technical and architectural experience to drive design and implementation of ServiceNow projects for our clients. He/She would establish the technology direction for our ServiceNow competency, support sales/presales from a technology standpoint, execute large digital transformation programs with a focus on ServiceNow solutions and be a trusted advisor to our clients. His/Her prior experience in developing and deploying ServiceNow solutions will be heavily leveraged to make this vison a reality.He/She will work with technology and solution leaders from our digital practice to set the direction for our ServiceNow competency and to participate in engagements from presales process through to client delight in delivery. He/She will lead a team of technical architects and work with project managers to support the execution of projects from assessing organizational micro-services readiness, building tech communities, upskilling/ mentoring junior architects/ teams, defining the roadmap and developing solution, logical & physical architecture plans to initiate enterprise-grade implementations and solutions in ServiceNow across the organization. He/She will work with our clients and gain their confidence by offering thought-leadership in this space. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who wants to innovate and contribute at a very high pace and leave a lasting impression on the enterprise software industry.

Technical Expertise
  • Minimum 12 years Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management or other ITSM application
  • Out of the 12 years at least 4 years should have been in an Architect position across various multiple modules of ServiceNow in implementing end to end solutions
  • Should have good solutioning skills in writing proposals and presentations to justify and sell the solutions. Experience in Technical sales would be advantageous.
  • Hands on experience in Now platform in creating and deploying Now workflows and Now applications on the App engine.
  • Experience and knowledge of AiOps tools within or outside ServiceNow
  • Experience in Architecting of the modules other than ITSM and ITOM like HR, GRC, ITBM , ITAM is mandatory
  • Knowledge of integrating ServiceNow to Nagios , Splunk , Dynatrace and Appdynamics or similar Monitoring integrations to ServiceNow will be an added advantage.
  • Usage and configuration of automation and RPA tools and designing Automation is mandatory.
  • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
  • Extensive experience and certification in ITIL/ITSM processes
  • Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows
  • Experience in Scoped applications
  • Experience in Complex workflows
  • Experience on both Server side and client-side APIs
  • Experience on Business rules, Client scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, etc.
  • Experience in Transform maps
  • Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules.
  • Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX.
  • Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc…).
  • Hands-on experience developing using JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with web UI development technologies that include HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS
  • Design and Architect Automation Workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow Editor
  • Strong understanding of scripting languages/frameworks such as JavaScript, Angular JS, Jelly, HTML 5, jQuery
  • Experience in creating catalog items, record producers, flow designers and workflows
  • Certification – 3 certifications in Now platforms. Certified Trainer would be preferable to have as one of the certifications.
  • Good communication skills in designing and articulating the design is a must with good presentation skills.
  • Working with Partner community would be added advantage.
