Job Summary & Skills Desired:This person will be part of the ServiceNow Maintenance and Support team that will work with the functional team to develop solutions as well as do the development work and configurations to implement the solutions in ServiceNow. The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will support and develop in an expanding ServiceNow environment while developing and maintaining the technical requirements documentation and workflows for the solutions.

Qualifications:

Total 9 years and Minimum of 3 yrs. of administration/development experience on the ServiceNow platform
Must have ServiceNow implementation experience, including development, configuration, and administration in an enterprise environment
Advanced scripting of business rules, Access Control Lists (ACLs), workflow activities
Relational database expertise in relation to an enterprise software system (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL)
Experience with ServiceNow integration using LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol), Active Directory, and Single Sign-On
